TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order:
  • Whilst every effort is made to replicate the colours of our products, it is possible that the images may vary slightly from the actual piece of jewellery. Variations occur with computer monitor settings as well as changes during the photographic process.
  • All sizes detailed within this site are approximate and, in the case of necklaces & bracelets, include the clasp. The images are not real size.
  • All prices include V.A.T. Postage is extra, please see our postage page for details.
  • All stock availability is updated as soon as possible after purchases, however during busy periods, items may not show as unavailable. If a product is sold twice, we will act on a first come first served basis and will refund the cost of the purchase including postage where necessary. If we are able to design a similar replacement we will email you immediately. Similarly, if you see a sold item that you may be interested in, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a similar item.
  • Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation Email. Please check this carefully and let us know immediately if there are any discrepancies.
  • Where possible we try to post ready-made jewellery within 48 hours of purchasing, usually within 24 hours. There will be a delay on orders paid for by cheque, to allow for clearing. Whilst we try to ensure your product reaches you quickly and safely, we understand that there are occasionally problems with the postal services. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses once a parcel has been given to Royal Mail. We do, however, send all items by recorded delivery to enable us to track the items. Please contact us if you have not received your goods after 14 days. Items made to order may take up to 2 weeks.
  • We are confident that you will be very happy with your product, however should your items arrive damaged or you are not completely happy, please contact us and we will strive to rectify the problem. Please inform us of damages within 7 days.
  • You can cancel the order within 14 days without giving a reason, if you simply change your mind and wish to return the item. However, this does not apply to bespoke items made to order. You may only return a commissioned piece if it is faulty. The 14 days starts from the day after you receive the goods. We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 14 days of the returned goods being received. Cost of the postage to return the item remains with the purchaser. Items returned should be packaged in a suitable way to ensure they are not damaged in transit. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
  • We regret that earrings are non-returnable due to EU hygiene regulations.
